About the Role
Jet Logistics Inc., an FAA-certificated air carrier based in Johns Island, SC, is seeking motivated individuals to join our Flight Operations team. This role supports critical, time-sensitive missions including organ transport and medical logistics operations.
Position Overview
The Flight Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting domestic and international flight operations while ensuring regulatory compliance, safety, and effective communication between crews and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage domestic and international flight logistics
Serve as liaison between clients and flight crews
Conduct crew briefings and support mission execution
Monitor weather, airspace, and operational impacts
Arrange handling, permits, fuel, parking, and ground services
Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
Customer-service oriented mindset
Proficiency with standard computer/software tools
Aviation or logistics background preferred (not required)
Experience
0–2 years of relevant experience
Dispatch or logistics experience preferred
Compensation & Schedule
Full-time position
Starting at $20/hour
36–48 hours per week
Shift-based schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays as needed)
